  My parents ordered flowers online for delivery for my birthday from another country. When my parents placed an order they requested confirmation call to arrange delivery time. So driver showed up without a confirmation call and of course I wasn't home. They tried to reach me at the time of delivery but I couldn't pick up my phone because I was at work. So I called them back in 20 min and they told me "oh sorry, our driver left your neighborhood and he can not come back because it's too far ( I live in Richmond Hill and the driver was in Aurora) we can only deliver your flowers on Monday". (delivery was scheduled on Saturday). I asked them to contact their driver and make him come back and I'll pay extra.

  Gorgeous interior and plants to match. You can tell that quality and aesthetic are very important at Martin’s. The larger plants that they have for sale also look like they are in good health.

  A while back my friend bought me some flowers from Martin's and they were just beautiful. We both enjoy plants and flowers so I went in this Valentine's just past to buy some flowers for them and I was really impressed. The store was PACKED but the service was EXCEPTIONAL and the flowers even prettier than the last time! All the employees were super busy but still took the time to help each customer in order which was nice to see. I got helped by a guy, he was very helpful and pretty cute (which is always a bonus) and walked out a happy customer. Will definitely recommend.
