  My husband placed an order way in advance of Valentine's Day flowers to be sent to my OFFICE on February 14th, with a request that the flowers be delivered in the morning. Well, not only did they not arrive in the morning, they did not arrive until the following day! - wilted from lack of water. I usually handle these sort of issues, and tend to be pretty understanding, but this florist insulted me when I called on Feb 14th by telling me to "be patient" because it tends to be a busy day. No kidding... Also, for some reason, the guy thought I cared about problems they were having with a courier. Worst of all, he promised to call and "make it right" when things settled down. Still waiting for that call... Well, here are some newsflashes: things like this can't be made right; Feb 14th is the busiest day of the year for flower deliveries; no one cares about your problems; yours is a highly competitive business; and, most importantly, don't mistake nice women for pushovers. You've lost our business.

  NEVER will I spend another dime at this florist. There are hundreds of florists in Toronto so do yourself a favour and get some value for your money somewhere else. I placed an order over $100 for flowers to be delivered to my wife's office for her birthday 17 days in advance. I expected (and stupidly assumed) the business owner would be smart enough to realize that BIRTHDAY flowers being delivered to an OFFICE should be delivered at some point during the WORK DAY. I was dead wrong. My surprise flower delivery was ruined because I had to ask my wife if the delivery came since I hadn't heard from her all day. After multiple angry calls to the florist the flowers arrived and my wife saw them but only because she literally waited after she was done just to receive the flowers. Whoever I spoke to refused to refund my order because they don't guarantee a delivery time unless told by the customer. Well, thankfully, there are SO MANY florists in Toronto that I don't need to be a return customer. Had my money been returned with better customer service - I wouldn't be writing this review. So again, spend your money somewhere else because there are PLENTY of other places to choose from.

  We used Ciano for our wedding recently. Sep 23 2017. The service and attention to detail we received from Ciano start to end was hands down 5star plus worthy. The Flowers were gorgeous arrangements were perfect and the attention to detail for Church, home and reception was awesome. I couldn't recommend a better florist in Toronto.
